OCE uses vibration analysis to detect machines faults and recommend corrective actions, once applied it will reduce downtime and maintenance cost.

Our engineers can design/improve machine base structure and isolation to reduce resonance.

We also do pipe thickness testing to identify levels of wear and corrosion.

OCE can perform both transient dynamic and static structure analysis. The forces applied to the structure at each instant in time are determined using either direct or modal methodology. Displacement, stress, strain can also be determined.

The benefit of the transient dynamic is to predict the response of structures to dynamic loads at any point or joint.
