Vibration Analysis and Reliability Improvement
Mobius courses are unique in the world of vibration analysis training. To make theory easier to understand we use 3D animations and software simulations. The animations take you inside the machine and show you why failures occur and how the vibration changes as the condition worsen. Mobius Institute software simulators provide another level of understanding; they give you the ability to adjust the type and severity of a machine fault and visually see the relationship between the fault and the corresponding vibration signal. In addition, we have interactive case histories with actual vibration data that can be fed into your instruments and software so you can hone your diagnostic skills. Our courses blend important theoretical concepts with practical techniques to ensure that trained analysts can put their knowledge to work with confidence.
Mobius Institute Board of Certification is ISO/IEC 17024 and ISO 18436-1 accredited. If you meet the ISO-18436 experience requirements, complete an ISO-18436 recognized course (such as those offered by Mobius Institute) and pass the respective examination, you will become certified according to ISO 18436-1 and 18436-2.
Omega Consulting Engineers Pty Limited is recognized by Mobius Institute as an authorized training & examination centre to deliver training & certification examinations in accordance with ISO 18436 & ISO/IEC 17024 – Vibration Analysis Categories 1 – 3 & Reliability.
